The laboratories at the Brugge campus are equipped for synthesis, coating, and battery assembly, with extensive electrochemical, analytical, mechanical, and durability testing equipment. Additionally, the campus has specialized facilities for testing programmable electronics systems, including a hybrid energy test system, HALT chamber, and mechatronic test-bench, ensuring comprehensive validation under extreme conditions. The Kortrijk campus focuses on sustainable materials, featuring tools like DLS, FTIR, UV-Vis, NMR spectroscopy, SEM-EDX, S/WAXS, XPS, and more. The Leuven campus specializes in materials engineering with facilities for XRD, WD-XRF, ICP-OES, and various microscopy techniques.
